Chilled Coco is a craft vegan ice cream truck based in Katy, Texas, whipping up artisan frozen desserts from scratch using locally sourced coconut and oat milks. By making every flavor in small batches, we stay creative—rotating seasonal and experimental scoops each week. Over the past two years, we’ve dreamed up over 50 unique flavors, from Pistachio, Butter Pecan to Acai Berry, alongside dairy-free brownies, waffles, shakes and soon, popsicles.
